Why have there been helicopters flying over the Westide of Los Angeles all night long?

I just saw something about a man in a white Bentley leading the police on a chase, but it supposedly all happened out in the North Hollywood / Unverisal Studios area, and we’re on the Westside. Are all the helicopters just hovering in the air for this one guy, or is there something else going on? Was it a celebrity in the car?
Wowsas……. we’re in Brentwood, the guy was in Universal Studios, so it’s crazy to me that there were that many helicopters in the air all over the city for one guy. I thought maybe something was also going down at the Federal Building on Wilshire……..but all that for a chase?
